Turn-key aesthetic practice

Why turn-key

A lower barrier to opening — for two kinds of founders.

01

A much lower barrier to entry

Devices move from a large upfront purchase to a monthly operating lease, and a second-generation space cuts build-out. Illustrative upfront cash falls from about $460K–$655K to about $113K–$163K.

02 · NP / RN

Nurse entrepreneurs

Experienced NPs and RNs can build a practice under their own brand. We arrange the physician partnership and supervision your state requires, train your team, and run the business back office.

03 · INVESTOR

Cross-industry investors

No aesthetics background needed. Own the management company, choose the co-brand option for ready brand, design and central booking, and run on a proven playbook.

How it is structured

Four parts, clearly separated.

Turn-key operating structureACBD
  1. Your management company (MSO)Owned 100% by the investor or founder. Holds the brand, lease, equipment and non-clinical operations.
  2. AuraCore Med — enablement hubFinancing, devices and consumables, SkinTwin, and the user-acquisition engine.
  3. Affiliated physician practice (PC / PLLC)Owned by licensed physicians. Provides good-faith exams, clinical supervision and malpractice coverage under a fair-market-value management agreement.
  4. Third-party engineering networkLicensed biomedical engineers handle installation, calibration and maintenance with a 48-hour on-site SLA.

Clinical services are provided only by the licensed professional entity. Ownership and management structures vary by state and are set up with healthcare counsel.

The network flywheel

Every new practice makes the network stronger.

Shared demand, shared data and shared buying power lower the cost and risk of opening the next practice.
